M is for Monica. i'm a full time commerce student @ UWA. i turn one year older on the 14th Oct. i ♥ Jesus and not afraid to tell the world. i want to do YWAM and missions in the future. i love heights - planes, skyscrapers, mountains, cliffs, you name it. One day i hope to go bungee jumping and sky diving. i was born in China but have lived in Australia most of my life. Having said that, i'm still quite chinese lol. i like pink things, ribbons, bows, hearts, hello kitty, ruffles, lace, florals. i have a shoe fetish. i wouldn't call myself a shopaholic, although most of my friends would say otherwise. People often see me as strong, independent, ambitious. i thank God for the past 21 years that i've been alive. He has been ever faithful, gracious and loving.

你我的晴天也许只能埋藏在G大调的悲伤里。现在连安静也无法形容我们的距离。有时想回到过去，因为说了再见才发现再也见不到。窗外的雨下一整晚，而我也被心雨淋湿了。还记得你说我的微笑如千里之外那百合花海灿烂；但你又说了一句“我不配”就转身离去，至今让我疑问说好的幸福呢？那时的感觉应该不只能用烟花易冷来形容吧。所以我依然相信断了的弦也有明天的彩虹。能不能彼此退后一点；把从前那借口丢掉，一起向前走。





Jay Chou's newest album is FINALLY out! After more than 1 year since his last one. I have to say, this album isn't as good as the previous ones. The only song that i super duper like is called 说了再见 (Said Goodbye). I like it coz the lyrics are really sad lol. My fav line in the song is quoted above (: i guess i can relate to the second part of that line. 从前的心跳去了哪里？我现在怎么找也找不到了。也许只是一瞬间的感觉？我不太明白。
Another one of my fav songs atm. Although i like all these loveydovey fairytale like songs, i don't necessarily believe in them. For example, Taylor Swift's 'Love Story'. But sometimes, a girl can dream? What's that feeling of falling in love again? How does it feel again to hear your heart miss a beat? Sometimes, one can only dream.










Waiting for the Lord can be taken as trusting in God's goodness and timing. Alot of the times things may not turn out as expected. It's hard to understand that everything does happen for a reason and through these things God teaches and moulds us. At the end of the day, it'd all be worth it and when we look back, we'll see the bigger picture. How at every stage in our life, God was in it all. He was always there, directing us and guiding us. If only we will trust and obey. Then we will see what His will for us is; His good, perfect and pleasing will.

urghh i didnt have a chance to blog about it yesterday because was just sooo busy. i went shopping the third day in a row !! omgoshhh. but i didnt spend THAT much hehehe. bought a black cardi (much needed), black&white work dress >_>, black closed toe wedges! (been looking for these for a longgg time). wow just realised, so black XD yea that was it. i wont go shopping again until...next sat XD can't wait to go thrift shopping with Joan!! yea forget about my promise of not shopping again until holidays. not gonna happen ._.
